The microclimates on the two farms are very different, and this results in complex and powerful port wines, which are particularly suitable for laying. \u003cbr\u003eThis port wine has a nice, deep purple, almost black color as well as intense and exotic scent of black berries, violets and roses. It has a strong and concentrated yet elegant and well-balanced fruit taste, as well as an incredibly long and pleasant aftertaste.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a well-structured port with plenty of power, which is particularly suitable for desserts or as a glass after a good meal. \u003cbr\u003eAbout Vintage Port it is said that it is drinkable after 4-5 years, but that it can only really be enjoyed after 15-20 years. \u003cbr\u003eBecause of the natural depôt that is in Vintage Port, remember to let the bottle stand upright for 48 hours before opening it – in this way the precipitate falls to the bottom. Then one should gently decant the port wine so that the precipitate stays in the bottle.
